Delivery Terms and Conditions
Our standard delivery service is Nappy Cakes FREE delivery Australia-Wide.
 
  • ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
  • ITEMS ordered after 9am WILL BE DISPATCHED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY
  • Standard Postage times
  • You will be informed by email when your gift has been dispatched and again when it has been marked as received but feel free to contact us to confirm delivery times.
     
  • Important Please Note: Our courier service Star Track will require a signature on delivery of your gift unless you provide us with Authority to Leave instructions when placing your order. If your recipient isn't home to sign for their gift and an Authority to Leave hasn't been provided, a calling card will be left and your gift will be taken to the local post office or depot for collection by your recipient.
     
  • We will email you once your gift has been dispatched and again when we receive confirmation of delivery.
     
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If we are provided with an incorrect delivery address or the delivery address is asked to be changed after your gift has been dispatched, our courier service will charge us an additional $8.00 for delivery/re delivery of your gift. As we endeavour to keep our prices down and provide an efficient and economical delivery service to our customers, if we are charged this additional fee relating to your delivery, this fee will be added to the cost of your order.
     
  • Please also note that where a change of delivery address is required it will take up to 48 hours after notification to have your gift redelivered being the time frame it takes for Australian Air Express to process the change and have your gift re dispatched.
     
  • Our courier service does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Weekend deliveries for a Special Occasion local to Brisbane or to a Brisbane/Gold Coast Hospital may be available on request. Please contact us with your delivery address to confirm.
     
    • We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Our couriers do their best but delays do occur. Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order or any refund.
    • We attempt to ship all our products within the timeframe specified above. Should unforeseen delays occur we will contact you and advise when your order will be dispatched.
Signature or Authority to Leave required on Delivery of your Gift
  • All gifts must be signed for by the receiver unless an Authority to Leave is provided.
  • Please provide a delivery address where your recipient is likely to be during business hours to faciitate the delivery of your gift. If no one is available to sign for your gift your gift will be redirected to the local Australian Post office and the receiver will be required to collect their gift. During the Checkout process, if you decide you are happy for your gift to left in a safe location if no one is likely to be available to sign for your gift, could you please provide us with instructions as to where you would like your gift to be left. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for theft or damage of your gift whilst it is unattended, persuant to your instructions.
Deliveries to Hospitals & Businesses
  • Deliveries to non-residential addresses such as hospitals and business' will more than likely be made to centralised delivery points such as the reception, mail room or delivery dock. As part of our Terms an Conditions we consider that our delivery process has been completed once your gift has been delivered to and signed for by a member of staff at the central delivery point.
  • As part of our customer service we always contact the hospital to confirm the recipient is registered under the correct name and is expected to still be there to accept delivery of your gift. We do however not accept responsibility if your recipient has left hospital and the redirection procedure and costs below will apply.
Re-direction of Gifts
Once a gift has been dispatched and has been delivered per your delivery instructions, we will not accept responsibility for recollection and redirection of your gift to an alternate address. We will happily assist you with having your parcel redirected however re directions can take up to 3 business days and may incur an additional delivery fee that will be passed onto you.
 
Returns and credits
If your baby cake is found to be damaged on receipt please email us as soon as possible. We will ask for damaged items to be returned to us and replace them accordingly, or organise a refund to the value of the damaged goods.
